25 years after the Hot Boys first hit the scene, Juvenile, Lil Wayne, Turk, and B.G. are still making waves in the industry.

As Lil Wayne explained in his “Behind the Music” episode back in 2009, the Hot Boys were first formed in the summer of 1997, and their debut album, “Get It How U Live!” sold 400,00 copies on the success of such singles as “Block Burner.” Subsequently, the Hot Boys would appear in each of the member’s solo projects, and they can notably be seen in Lil Wayne’s video “Tha Block is Hot” and B.G.’s “Bling Bling.”

Even though the group is no longer together, they’re still finding ways to work together against all odds.

The first time the Hot Boys worked together after they disbanded was in 2009, when Lil Wayne — arguably, the biggest breakout star of the group — brought out Juvenile and B.G. during a tour stop in New Orleans. At the time, both Wayne and B.G. confirmed to Baller Alert that a Hot Boys reunion was in the works.

“We was Hot Boys then, now we Hot Men,” B.G. said at the time. “We all went our separate ways and proved we can stand on our own — Lil Wayne, B.G., Juvenile. And Turk is coming [out of jail] soon. We’re all relevant. I know the streets have been demanding it. They wanted it. I did a vote, went out in the public and asked. They’re condoning me, pushing me to do it. Why not give it to them? Hip-hop could appreciate it right now. Why not?”

Pitchfork reported that in 2017, LeBron James hosted a Beats event during All-Star Weekend, and that was another opportunity for Lil Wayne, Turk, Juvenile, and Mannie Fresh to reunite onstage.

Unfortunately, a variety of legal issues have prevented a proper Hot Boys reunion. But Lil Wayne and Juvenile, especially, continue to do their thing as they hold it down for the rest of N’awlins. The latter, especially, recently made waves when he — together with Mannie Fresh and Mia X — teamed up with the BLK dating site to launch the “Vax That Thang Up” campaign to encourage vaccination during the COVID-19 crisis.

So, as we continue to wait for a long-overdue reunion, we decided to take a look at which of the Hot Boys has the highest net worth.

Editorial note: The net worths listed in this piece are speculative estimates drawn from a variety of online sources.
