At this point, you should give yourself a round of applause (no Waka Flocka) or at least a pat on the back. AFROTECH is an amazing experience, but it is not for the faint of heart. You made it!

With sessions and activities taking place all day, there is little time to rest but a ton of time to grow and leave Austin, TX, better than you came. And that is the hope: taking advantage of everything your capacity can handle.

Hip-Hop From Sun Up To Sun Down

Your AFROTECH Conference ticket gave you access to a lot of programming, but it needed an add-on if you wanted to hit the AFROTECH Music experience. Your time has arrived. The music stage pops off this afternoon and is promising to be lit.

Sponsored by Lexus, the AFROTECH Music experience is the most anticipated party of the week with beats by Riders Against The Storm; DJ Hunnybee; Soulection’s Joe Kay, Andre Power and Jadaboo; DJ Spinderella; Saweetie; and a special performance by “The Boss” himself, Rick Ross.

Although the music stage featuring Ross will end around 8 p.m., things will pick back up with an after-hours stage celebrating 50 years of Hip-Hop with rap icon Jadakiss.

AFROTECH has been one for the record books, but it’s not over yet. You have a few more fits left — make sure they’re your best ones because the entire day will be a vibe.
