After being inspired by his mother’s work ethic, 12-year-old entrepreneur Mario Mack launched his own business.

“She really liked to work for herself, and I saw that, like, early on when she started and I thought it was really cool. So, I wanted to do my own thing and start a food truck,” he said, CBS 42 reports.

At the age of 10, Mack started J’s Pop-Up Shaved Ice and within two years, he was able to purchase a trailer.

According to its Facebook page, customers can purchase sweet treats, including funnel cakes, ice cream and shaved ice in flavors such as bluerasberry, cherry, cotton candy, among others.

Mack, who dedicates his weekends to J’s Pop-Up Shaved Ice and remains in school Monday through Friday, already has his eyes set on expansion. The outlet states he is saving up his earnings to purchase a larger trailer in the future.

“Whatever you put your mind to you can do and whatever you’re passionate about you should do it because it could really come true,” said Mack, according to CBS 42.

What’s more, a portion of the business’ resources are being allocated for the greater good. Once a month, the young entrepreneur visits local parks to distribute free shaved ice to homeless nearby.

His efforts at an early age should be described as nothing less than exceptional. Mack believes others should pursue their passions because it may very well come to pass.

“Whatever you put your mind to you can do and whatever you’re passionate about you should do it because it could really come true,” said Mack, according to CBS 42.

The future holds great promise for Mack, as he hopes to own a restaurant one day.

“What I want to be when I grow up? I want to own my own restaurant and I want to be able to cook,” explained Mack, per CBS 42.
