The phrase “Tap In” took on a new meaning when California rapper Saweetie released the track in 2020. Laid on top of a classic from Too Short, Saweetie took over the airwaves with the song and is bringing similar energy to this year’s AFROTECH Conference.

AFROTECH 2023 will be one for the books as thousands of attendees will travel to Austin, TX, to learn, grow, and turn up.

From empowering sessions, fireside chats, and musical experiences — AFROTECH is the place for ticket holders to gain knowledge from industry experts, maximize opportunities that could propel their careers, and build a squad that can become life-long thought partners and friends.

And if you don’t know by now, let us remind you that AFROTECH is all about duality. The conference thrives on the work hard, play hard model. With the AFROTECH Music portion, the vibes will lean on the latter.

With heavy-hitting artists such as “The Boss” Rick Ross, the “Icy Girl” herself, and even Jadakiss, let’s set the tone. Imagine it: You and your squad are gathered in the venue on a high from all the knowledge and gems AFROTECH Conference has had to offer, Saturday comes, and you’re able to turn up to lyrics from some of the hottest artists in the game.

Not only are they some of the hottest, but these artists embody the same duality that AFROTECH Conference has to offer with their well-rounded careers.

Take Saweetie, for example, she is an accomplished rap artist and a savvy businesswoman making waves across several industries.

Based on a previous post from AFROTECH, the 30-year-old has partnerships in the gaming, clothing, and alcohol industries. She even is paying it forward so that those behind her can have a leg up.

“It’s important for businesses to evolve with modern consumers, generation Z, the millennials…” Saweetie previously told iHeart Radio.

AFROTECH Conference 2023 will be held from Nov. 1-5, with the AFROTECH Official Music Stage programming taking place on Nov. 4.

There are two ways for people to tap in with Saweetie and the rest of the lineup.

Head to AFROTECH Conference and register for an all-access ticket for the entire experience, which includes AFROTECH Music. You can also register for a different tier (general admission, corporate, executive) and add AFROTECH Music upon completion.

Tickets for AFROTECH Conference are selling fast, so register now. Check out the schedule of events here, and use this link to stay on top of any updates.
