The certified personal trainer and wellness coach gives you all the virtual workouts you need to the tune of African diaspora music. She also hosts online classes every week on Kukuwa Fitness.

Hurricane Fitness

This Ghanian fitness instructor is bringing his AfroBeat Burnout sessions to the world with his live-streamed sessions. Incorporating dance and aerobic moves in his workouts, Hurricane Fitness wants to keep the world moving even during quarantine. Hurricane also holds virtual Zoom classes for adults and kids.
