Supermodel and TV host Tyra Banks is expanding her reach in Hollywood to develop scripted and unscripted content through her newly-inked first-look deal with Disney Television Studios’ ABC Signature, Deadline reports . The UTA repped star and her production company Bankable Productions has agreed to produce new content with ABC Signature and ABC Entertainment for her upcoming projects. “Ever since I was a little girl growing up in Inglewood, California, I’ve been enamored by the magic of Disney,” said Banks in a statement . “Joining the family at ABC feels like a homecoming of sorts.” She added: “Karey Burke, Rob Mills, Jonnie Davis and their teams are visionary leaders. Modelland is also set to have food and shopping vendors, making it ideal for visitors of all ages. Despite its name, Modelland is inclusive— not just for those looking to enter into the fashion scene—its goal is to redefine beauty standards through tech. “I am being very deliberate to make sure this is something families can come to,” Banks said. “I’m not creating this to service people who want to become models or are models.” Back in 2011, Banks released a novel called Modelland and now she’s continuing its theme with a physical attraction.
