Dr. Raven Baxter is paving the way for a brighter future for students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The molecular biologist — also known as Dr. Raven the Science Maven — embraces various mediums such as content creation, education, and music to spread awareness with hopes to foster creative thinking and create an inclusive space for students. Baxter’s purpose work stemmed from the lack of representation and mentorship for the Black community. Olay Teams Up With Algorithmic Justice League's Joy Buolamwini To Combat Coded Bias Against Black Women

Throughout history of mainstream culture in the United States, Eurocentric features have been deemed as the “beauty standard” and Olay’s latest initiative aims to combat this narrative. In partnership with Algorithmic Justice League founder Joy Buolamwini, Olay has launched #DecodeTheBias. Dr. Maiysha Jones serves as a Senior Scientist and Senior Scientific Communications Manager for Olay Body and several other P&G personal care brands.
