According to Game Rant, a hacker reportedly stole a Rockstar source code for Grand Theft Auto 6 and “denies that they sold Grand Theft Auto 5’s source code.” What this means is that this person could have potentially run off with $100,000 — here’s how.

Grand Theft Auto is making a necessary change. The renowned video game franchise has announced plans to debut its first female protagonist, according to IndieWire. More importantly, it is the first time that a woman will appear as a character within the game that doesn’t have to be “beaten, solicited for sex, or robbed.” The character is set to make her official launch during the Grand Theft Auto VI series of the game. She will serve as a co-lead for the game’s “Bonnie and Clyde” inspired storyline and will be of Latina descent. “Developers are also being cautious not to ‘punch down’ by making jokes about marginalized groups, the people said, in contrast with previous ‘GTA’ games,” Bloomberg shared in a report detailing the news. The last time the NWA legend-turned- billionaire magnate dropped some new music was 2015’s “Compton,” which was released alongside the biopic “Straight Outta Compton.” Now, Snoop Dogg says that our wait for greatness is over. In a recent appearance on Rolling Stone’s Music Now podcast, the Doggfather said that the music Dr. Dre will be releasing will be through the “Grand Theft Auto” game franchise. And, as he’s done in the past, Snoop Dogg himself will be part of the music. “I do know he’s in the studio,” he said to the podcast. “I do know he’s making great f–king music. And some of his music is connected to the GTA game that’s coming out. On Dec. 15, gamers got a nice surprise when Dr. Dre, Jimmy Iovine, and DJ Pooh made cameos as part of the Grand Theft Auto Online’s The Cayo Perico Heist update.
