Lil Nas X is hoping to improve the financial futures of the youth through his partnership with Cash App. Earlier this month, the mobile payment service announced it would be catering to younger users, according to The Verge. Now, teens can create a Cash App account that allows them to send and receive money, among other features. It’s also worth noting that teens will need to have parental authorization before using the app along with certain parameters. Earlier in 2021, National Football League (NFL) player Odell Beckham Jr. joined the lineup of celebrities venturing into cryptocurrency. The Los Angeles Rams wide receiver entered the non-fungible token (NFT) space after purchasing a CryptoPunk 3365, AfroTech previously reported. Now, he is one of the latest to want to be paid in digital currency. According to Yahoo!Entertainment! , the mobile payment service has launched its Cash App Studios, specifically designed to help independent creatives fund their projects.
