This new plant-based-focused partnership is keeping it in the NFL family.
Denver Broncos star Jerry Jeudy has become an investor and ambassador for PlantFuel Life Inc. — founded by former NFL player Brad Pyatt — according to a press release.
“We’re excited to have Jerry Jeudy onboard with us here at PlantFuel as we continue to build the future of health and wellness,” Pyatt shared, according to the press release.
His role for the wellness company will have a focus on brand marketing and promotions.
“It’s an honor to join the PlantFuel family. I believe in Brad Pyatt’s vision for the brand and am excited for its future,” Jeudy said.
In May, the new dynamic duo will launch a PlantFuel x Jerry Jeudy football camp for youth and prep kids in Denver, CO.
Fellow Ambassadors
Jeudy will now be alongside PlantFuel partners Terrell Owens and Lil Yachty. As previously reported by AfroTech in 2021, the two announced their strategic investments ahead of the company’s debut in the trillion-dollar market.
“I’m super excited about my new venture with PlantFuel,” Lil Yachty shared at the time. “It’s brands like PlantFuel that inspire and allow me to stay actively involved creatively beyond just investing.”
PlantFuel's Mission
“As the founder of PlantFuel, my mission was simple: to create a new frontier in plant-based supplement initiatives by expanding the current landscape with the ingredient technologies. We are only using the latest, greatest innovations for our wellness platform,” Pyatt shared in a statement. “Our team of leading physicians and formulators has worked for years to bridge the gap between traditional sports nutrition and plant-based ingredients.”
He continued: “Until now, no plant-based products could match what the sports nutrition category was doing. Our trailblazing line of plant-based sports nutrition supplements solves this dilemma, finally giving athletes and consumers effective plant-based sports nutrition products to maximize peak performance.”
