Lamar Odom has enlisted his kids to work at the Odom Recovery Group, according to the company’s website.

TMZ reports Odom’s daughter, Destiny Morales, is a client representative in charge of documenting patient information while his son, Lamar Jr., is currently shadowing him on the job as a marketing consultant to step in on his behalf when appropriate.

His children are also featured on the company website as professionals of Odom Recovery Group.

“At Odom Recovery Group, we believe in second chances. We’re more than just a network of addiction treatment facilities. We’re a family,” Odom said in a video. “Our dedicated team understands that every path to recovery is unique. Life could be beautiful again. Let Odom Recovery Group be your partner in the journey to a healthier, happier year.”

The extra hands on deck are very much needed as the Odom Recovery Group has been expanding within California over the years. As AFROTECH previously told you, Odom teamed up with Dontae Ralston and Dennis Martinez to purchase facilities in San Diego, El Cajon, and Lemon Grove earlier this year. The facilities integrate treatment programs that provide “restoration through Detox, Inpatient facilities, outpatient programming and transitional supportive housing,” the company website reads.

In total, Odom has acquired 14 rehab centers, according to TMZ.

Also under his belt, Odom recently launched a senior-care facility dedicated to his 96-year-old grandmother, as AFROTECH previously mentioned.

“Lamar, a doting grandson to 96-year-old, Florence, …understands that finding the right care and understanding pricing in the senior care industry is a nightmare. Lamar is on a journey to help simplify this process for all seniors, and is providing long-term assisted living and memory care solutions that provide the best value for the money,” a statement on the company website reads.
