The time is inching near to the 2022 NFL Draft, and months before learning his football fate, Kayvon Thibodeaux just secured an influencer deal.

Under the latest name, image, and likeness (NIL) rules, the star defensive end has signed with Starface, a skincare brand, Ad Age reports.

The Influencer Deal

According to the outlet, Thibodeaux is the first male athlete to work with Starface.

“We believe young people of all genders and identities are affected by unrealistic beauty standards and stigmas, and we’re excited to partner with an athlete who is deeply connected to youth culture and an advocate for self-acceptance,” Kara Brothers, Starface’s president, said in a statement. “Our goal is to destigmatize and alleviate some of the difficulties of being a young person today (acne included) and we think Kayvon is the perfect person to help bring our message to life.”

More Than An Athlete

Although the 21-year-old could possibly become the No. 1 NFL Draft pick in just a few months, his football skills are only just touching the surface of the young talent’s gifts. It’s Thibodeaux’s philanthropy work with his JREAM Foundation and entrepreneurial spirit that played a role in him joining the Starface family.

“Kayvon embodies everything we love at Starface,” the brand shared. “He’s unapologetically and uniquely himself and truly committed to amplifying young voices everywhere. Can’t wait to continue our mission together.”

Kayvon Thibodeaux's Cryptocurrency

In 2021, the multifaceted star athlete dug into the tech world after launching his own cryptocurrency, $JREAM coin, which is named after his foundation for underprivileged youth.

“This is not an investment. Consider it a membership into exclusive community where you will have access to me as a fan or supporter,” he wrote via Instagram. “I will be creating a discord where, I will be dropping exclusive merchandise, Q&As and many other events around my life and the JREAM foundation.”
