There is great news: Bun B’s Trill Burgers has opened its first brick-and-mortar location in Houston, TX!

In 2022, the rapper and entrepreneur set out to find a location accessible to Houstonians, as previously mentioned by AfroTech.

“It’s been a long time coming, not just for us, but for anybody that’s had a Trill Burger or wanted a Trill Burger and couldn’t get one,” Bun B said at the time. “We’ve been working hard to find the right location to make it as easily accessible to as many people as possible.”

In the Montrose area of Houston, Trill Burgers opened its doors to the community on June 7.

The current hours of operation are between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m. Customers can stop by seven days a week and enjoy the staple menu items that were first introduced at Trill Burgers’ pop-up shops in 2021. The “OG Burger” started it all with two all-beef patties, Trill Sauce, pickles, caramelized onions and American cheese on a potato roll bun. Also, look out for the Vegan OG Burger, Triple OG Burger, Baby G and more.

“It’s been a dream for us, and it’s actually coming true,” Bun B said in a press release. “It’s been our sole goal to open up an establishment where we can serve you guys Trill Burgers consistently at a high level on a daily basis. And now we’re ready to do it. We are now officially open for business, ready to serve you.”

Co-Founder Andy Nguyen added, “I’ve been lucky to open more than a dozen fast-casual concepts, and nothing surpasses the love I have seen for Trill Burgers. When Bun, Nick Scurfield and I first launched this concept almost two years ago, we knew we had something special on our hands. Now it’s time to take it to the next level.”

Currently in a soft launch, the restaurant plans to celebrate its official grand opening with new featured dishes created in collaboration with chef partners Mike Pham and Fernando Valladares.

Dine-ins and walk-ups are the only ways to order at this cashless establishment at the moment, with no online or phone orders offered quite yet.

However, a drive-thru service will be coming soon.
