Kaavia James is showing the world a thing or two about running a business as a baby boss.

As AfroTech previously told you, Kaavia has quite the resume for a three-year-old. And yes, her parents happen to be Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade, but Kaavia is proving she shines on her own, too!

It didn’t take long for the world to catch up as Kaavia already garnered nearly two million followers on her Instagram. She’s stealing hearts just by being herself through her spontaneous dance breakouts, sometimes being a little shady, and of course, her growing empire.

Janie and Jack

As for her business moves, Kaavia has her hands in a few baskets. She launched a Spring 2022 children’s clothing line in collaboration with Janie and Jack, brought to life with her parents.

As AfroTech previously mentioned, the collection reflects James’ optimistic view of the world. The line includes matching BFF sets and accessories plus more.

PROUDLY

Kaavia is following in her parent’s footsteps, and she recently joined them in celebration as their baby-care brand, PROUDLY, expanded to Target stores this week.

Of course, the supportive boss baby had to stop by the major retailer to check it out for herself.

“Surreal Moment. We launched our family brand @theproudlyco in @target stores nationwide! Inspired by all of our melanated babies,” Union wrote on Instagram.

"Shady Baby Feels"

Outside of her growing children’s brand, Kaavia already has a book inspired by her titled “Shady Baby Feels.”

Angel City FC

That’s not all, Kaavia also wears an investor hat.

She became the youngest owner in pro sports after she and Union joined a Series A funding round for the Angel City Football Club, AfroTech previously reported.

We Stan

At this point, the world is at Kaavia’s fingertips, and we have no choice but to stan!
