The streaming giant has tapped Vernā Myers to serve as it’s new Vice President For Inclusion Strategy, a position they’ve just created. Myers recently worked at her own company, Vernā Myers Co. , where she was advising corporations and organizations regarding ethnicity, gender, race, sexual orientation and more topics of inclusion. “I am so excited and look forward to collaborating all across Netflix to establish bold innovative frameworks and practices that will attract, fully develop, and sustain high performing diverse teams,” said Myers.
