Another pro athlete has joined Naomi Osaka to promote Sweetgreen’s message for healthy eating. As previously reported by AfroTech, in 2021 the tennis star became the fast-food salad chain’s first athlete ambassador, as well as its youngest investor. Now, according to a press release, Phoenix Suns’ Devin Booker is next up to be in the Sweetgreen family as an ambassador. “I started working with sweetgreen because I connected with their mission and was already a regular customer,” said Osaka, according to the press release. “Joining forces with a brand that is creating a positive change in the world is really important to me. Tapping Devin and bringing him into the mix makes it even better.”
