Why The National Cycling League, The First Majority Women- And Minority-Owned League, Should Be On Your Radar

Paris Wallace saw an opportunity and he went for it. Now, he’s making history with the first majority women- and minority-owned cycling league alongside his co-founder David Mulugheta. “I saw an opportunity to reinvent the sport I love; to bring the passion and excitement of cycling to the next generation of fans,” said Wallace, the co-founder and CEO of the National Cycling League, according to the league’s website. “I wanted to reduce the knowledge barrier of becoming a fan by adding a scoreboard and creating a league structure that mimics most other professional sports. I also wanted to reduce the time investment by making it shorter, faster, and more action-packed. And that is how the NCL was born.”

Social Media Star Druski Becomes Owner In Fan Controlled Football League

Social media personality Druski is taking his talents from comedy to sports. Boardroom reports that Fan Controlled Football (FCF) League now has a new ownership group for the club formerly known as the Wild Aces, and the online comedian is a part of it. Druski will be joining LA Chargers’ Austin Ekeler and TV host Rachel Lindsay, along with fellow newcomer Altered State Machine — a non-fungible intelligence platform. “I’m pumped to be joining FCF not only as an owner, but of the reigning champion Wild Aces,” Druski said in a statement, according to Boardroom. “I love everything about this league, and look forward to crushing this with ASM, Austin and Rachel. Hope our fans are ready to call all the shots and keep the FCF title where it belongs. This is going to be fun.”
