Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) has sold Off-White LLC to brand management company Bluestar Alliance, marking a significant transition for the luxury fashion brand Virgil Abloh founded in 2012. According to a press release, LVMH has announced that the conglomerate has acquired a majority stake of 60 percent in Off-White™ — Abloh’s popular luxury streetwear brand he founded in 2013. Together, the two will expand new and existing brands beyond the fashion umbrella.
