Per the motion, the “So Sick” singer “has loss approximately $400,000 in wages associated with public appearances, professional bookings, and promotional efforts related to the promotion of his new musical project.”

At this time, the gag order would prevent his wife from sharing any further public comments surrounding their divorce. He is also requesting that Crystal remove all previous statements that she has shared about him or his character.
