Fawn Weaver may be on a mission to create the blueprint for how to build generational wealth.
She is the CEO of Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey, which announced its sales exceeded $100 million through October 2022.

In addition to leading a Black-owned spirits brand, Fawn, alongside her husband Keith, just made a significant investment by purchasing a bank.

Fawn reflected on the milestone via Instagram, revealing she was once living in a homeless shelter at the age of 19.
She later carved out time to learn about several pioneers that include Andrew Carnegie, Henry Ford, and John Davison Rockefeller, among others, noting they all shared a commonality of making the right investment.
Now, the Weavers continue to add to the list of reasons why they are pioneers in their own right.
“So…we bought a bank. Actually, even better, we bought the building and became the landlord of Keith’s parent’s bank. You want to know how women and people of color decrease the wealth gap? Real estate,” Fawn wrote.
She continued: “Somewhere between living in my third homeless shelter, before the age of 19 (shout out to @covenant_house) and coming into my own, I spent a lot of time reading biographies on America’s early titans like Andrew Carnegie, Henry Ford, Charles Schwab, Andrew Mellon, J.D. Rockefeller, J.P. Morgan. You want to know what they all had in common? Significant investments in real estate.”
What’s more, Fawn revealed her interest in purchasing the property was fostered by her husband, who already had three properties before they were married. Through Keith’s guidance, she says she learned how to become successful in real estate and credits a majority of their success to their performance in the sector.
“We are the generation that knows better. So, we can do better. The Weavers are committed to doing better so the next generation isn’t starting from scratch. Want to join us,” Fawn explained on Instagram.
