GitLinks—an open source risk management platform—was acquired by Infor for an undisclosed amount. The Austin-based startup was founded in 2016 by Ian Folau and Nwamaka Imasogie as graduate students at Cornell Tech.

“With Infor’s 168 offices and 16,000+ employees around the world we’re glad that our product could provide value to such a global organization,” the co-founders said in a statement.

The startup raised $612,000 in seed funding from investors including Morgan Stanley and Newark Venture Partners.

GitLinks was created to auto-detect open source code for developers and monitor security and license compliance.

“We’ve discovered an exciting opportunity to apply our team’s strength in open source infrastructure and enterprise software development to help Infor’s clients be more successful,” they said.
