In April, Future dropped his ninth studio album — “I NEVER LIKED YOU.” As the focus of several memes and conversations, the Atlanta-based rapper had the attention of fans and opposers alike. And, Future may have plans to take it up a notch by giving people something more to look forward to.

Nayvadius Wilburn has documented plans to enter the fragrance industry with Sinsational by Future. What seems to be a play on the words “sin” and “sensational,” Future appears to be staying on-brand with his lyrical content as a trademark filing suggests a launch of his own fragrance.

The "Future" Of Fragrance?

While the aspiring billionaire has not made official announcements about the perfume, the speculative product appears to have some future validity.

In 2020, the Hendrix camp filed an official trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office with the intended use to include the categories of perfumes, fragrances, and perfumery. The application was last updated on April 19 with a Notice of Allowance.

Although the trademark for Sinsational is still pending, a promotional trailer has been floating around on Instagram. Sounds from Future’s “WAIT FOR U” featuring Drake and Tems seem to foreshadow what future (no pun intended) consumers could expect. What’s more, the song collaboration is currently No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
