Influencer Ariana Fletcher is seemingly revealing what happened with her Savage X Fenty deal.

Earlier this year, the social media influencer and entrepreneur fumbled the bag with the multi-million dollar company.

It all started during her appearance on the “Don’t Call Me White Girl” podcast, where Fletcher mentioned how she liked to be handled in her high-profile relationship with rapper Moneybagg Yo.

One of her remarks suggested she wanted the “Say Sum” rapper to pull out a gun to keep her from leaving when they are in an argument.

The comment made rounds on social media and users expressed how domestic and gun violence should not be talked about playfully.

Rather than initially using this moment as a lesson learned, Fletcher became defensive and doubled down on her comments on IG Live.

“Y’all are in the comments, like ‘oh when I was in a relationship with this boy, nobody cares, nobody cares, nobody cares,” Fletcher said. “Nobody cares about what happened to you, what trauma you had…nobody cares. You trying to victimize yourself.”

Fletcher’s response didn’t sit well with many. Shortly after Fletcher’s comments, it was rumored that her partnership with Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty had been terminated.

Now, during an episode for the newly released docuseries “The Impact ATL,” she seems to address the termination. She told the story of how her comments and “losing her page” led to the end of her deal with Savage X Fenty, which she says would have drawn in $150,000.

What’s more, Fletcher says she is learning to be less reactive on social media and more proactive when it comes to securing her own bag.

She most recently launched a cosmetic line, ‘Remedy By Ari,’ where makeup lovers can shop lip glosses and eyeshadows, among other products, 21Ninety reports.
