Teen entrepreneur Zandra Cunningham has reached a deal with Target to sell her skincare line in stores across the country.
The award-winning Zandra Beauty brand was founded in 2010 to offer consumers a chemical-free alternative to unhealthy ingredients in commercial products. Since then, Cunningham, 18, has created 50 all-natural skin care products.
The “Treat Yo Self” gift box will be in Target Stores across the nation during Black History month and will include the Zandra Hand & Body Lotion, an exfoliating sugar scrub, plus a lip and body balm.
“I am so excited to offer my unique brand of American made yuck free products in an exclusive gift box designed specifically for Target,” said Cunningham. “This is yet another dream come true for me.”
The plant-based social good company empowers girls worldwide through DIY STEAM beauty & entrepreneurial educational programming, according to Black News.
“I am working hard to pave the way for other indie brands with teen CEO’s,” said the 18-year-old founder. “My journey hasn’t been easy but it will forever be worth it. I am on a mission to shatter the status quo, and with partners like Target, I am making that happen.”
