One North Carolina high school student will have a big decision on his hands after being accepted into 33 colleges. ABC11 reports the bright student is Alexander Fusi. Coupled with his acceptances, Fusi has also locked in $1.4 million in scholarships. What’s more, Fusi is grateful colleges are hoping for his academic excellence to grace their campus for the upcoming fall semester. “It’s a good feeling to know that I got into all these places, and all these places definitely wanted me to come,” Fusi said, according to ABC11.

Master P To Expand Restaurant Franchise That Gives Back To The Community To Nashville

Master P is on to his next business move, but this time it’s in Nashville, TN. While his son Hercy Miller plays for Tennessee State University, the business mogul has his eyes on expanding his restaurant franchise, Big Poppa Burgers, according to BizJournals. As previously reported by AfroTech, Miller committed to playing basketball for Tennessee State University and secured a $2 million NCAA endorsement deal earlier this year. Big Poppa Burgers currently has two locations in the rap legend’s hometown of New Orleans, LA. As Master P’s now a part-time resident of Nashville, he plans for the city to be another area to spark building wealth in the community. “This is like my second home now,” Master P told BizJournals. “I just fell in love with the culture and the people. TSU Joins IBM-HBCU Quantum Center, Nation's First Quantum Education and Research Initiative For HBCUs

Tennessee State University looks forward to students being on the cutting edge of technology! Now that the institution is a member of the IBM-HBCU Quantum Center, they plan to see students excelling in digital manufacturing, finance, and military affairs, reports PR Newswire. Apple is extending its Community Education Initiative to include more Historically Black Colleges and Universities, the tech giant announced in a press release. Central State University, Dillard University, Morehouse College, Prairie View A&M University, and Southern University are among the schools added to the growing roster of the newest technology hubs—designed to bring coding, creativity, and workforce development opportunities to thousands of students and adult learners of all ages using Everyone Can Code and Everyone Can Create curricula.
