A new Black-woman-owned business has opened in Kentucky to bolster opportunities for Louisville entrepreneurs. WLKY reports Shareka Alexander-Redmyer is the proud owner of Blitz Salon & Spa Suites located on S. 7th Street in Louisville. The space will serve nearby locals and will reflect a deeper mission to help her community, she says.
