Estée Lauder Appoints Nicole Monson to Lead New Equity and Engagement Center of Excellence

Today, the company established a new Equity and Engagement Center of Excellence (COE), according to Business Wire. Howard University, Estée Lauder Team Up to Launch Career Resource Lab For Women

Howard University is on a mission to empower its women. In a new announcement, the HBCU revealed that they will work alongside The Estée Lauder Companies to launch a new program to provide a career resource lab for women professionals.
