Cassandra Cummings — founder of The Stocks & Stilettos Society — is doing her part to get Black women involved in the investment industry to increase their wealth. The wealth gap for Black women has continuously increased over the years, and according to CNBC , Black women are paid 61 cents for every $1 that their white male counterparts earn.
