This Louisiana high school senior will be on to bigger and better things! Kassidy Parnell attends Tara High School in Baton Rouge and shines with a GPA of 4.1. The impressive feat has placed Parnell at the top of the graduating class. Parnell is also dual-enrolled in computer science classes at Baton Rouge Community College.
