Being a part of Rick Ross’ circle pays off.

Last month, Meek Mill was surprised to learn Ross was the buyer of his Atlanta, GA, property. As AfroTech previously told you, the home had been on the market for nearly two years.

It wasn’t until Meek Mill posted the home on social media that Ross noticed it and put down $4.2 million in cash.

“It’s basically paid in full right then,” Ross explained during REVOLT’s “Drink Champs.”

Soon after, Ross had purchased another home from Meek Mill, catching the “Dreams and Nightmares” rapper by surprise.

“Ross bought another crib off me for a ‘m’ yesterday! I had to ask him tf you doing with all this property,” Mill wrote on Twitter.

Ross explained on “Drink Champs” that Mill’s sale “was moving slow” and his intention in buying his home was purely off the strength of their friendship, nothing more.

As previously reported by AfroTech, Ross’s real estate portfolio is ever expanding. He also owns the former estate of boxing legend Evander Holyfield in the Atlanta area and expanded the property to 235 acres in October 2020. In 2021, Ross purchased the former home of Amar’e Stoudemire for $3.5 million.

While his status in the entrepreneurial world continues to strengthen, Ross also wants to emphasize his desire to help struggling homebuyers. He added during his interview that he is looking to assist homeowners who are facing foreclosure.

“For everybody that’s watching and this is no reference to that. That’s Meek. Meek my family, but if you out there watching and you about to face foreclosure, reach out to me please,” Ross added.
