Making a daily to-do list is fairly simple, but things can get complicated once it’s time to start scratching things off. Today Mogul — the platform for millennial women with over 18 million users — has launched a mobile app to help users stay organized throughout their day.

“Personal and professional growth does not happen overnight,” CEO and Founder of Mogul, Tiffany Pham, said in a statement. “Following years of research and development, our app provides you with a system to enable you to become your most productive self and reach your full potential.”

The Mogul app lets users set morning and evening goals, review their days, and plan for the future all in one place. The app integrates events from other calendars on a user’s phone to ensure that all plans stay in one place.

Users establish morning and evening rituals on the app, which gives them an overview of the previous day and allows them to start listing what they want to accomplish for the current day. At night, users complete their evening ritual, which serves as a reflection time and planning period for the day ahead.

The Mogul app also lets users break down goals into micro-goals. These tasks create ease in time-management and provide a road map on how to get over the bigger hurdles of the day.

Mogul was created in 2014 as a way for women leaders and entrepreneurs to connect and market products. The app has since built out a community through social media, its own platform, webinars, and events.
