Running a business is rewarding, but it’s even more of a blessing when it’s with your family.

A Long Time In The Making

After over 40 years in the making, Jadakiss, his father, Bob Phillips, and son Jaewon Phillips have officially launched Kiss Café, their new coffee line, according to a press release.

What To Expect From Kiss Café

“This coffee is for all coffee lovers,” the rapper shared in a statement. “No specific age or background or knowledge. Coffee is a universal and a personal thing. Everyone enjoys it differently. And, we’re here to help them do that.”

Description of Kiss Café: “With quality in mind, Kiss Café maintains product assurance, sourcing, blending, roasting, packaging and merchandising, distribution and delivery,” the press release detailed. “The company endeavors to provide an authentic and accessible offering that earns the approval of all coffee drinkers from the casual to the connoisseur.”

How It All Started

Jadakiss’ father got his start in the coffee industry back in 1977. Then, in 1998, Bob became the president and CEO of Caturra Corp., a boutique importing and trading firm that specializes in international green coffees, per the press release. The Phillips have since kept things in the family as Jaewon has been involved in Caturra Corp. since 2018.

“This is one of my proudest professional and personal achievements,” said Bob. “There is no greater honor than taking what you’ve learned in this life and inspiring your family to join you and bring that pursuit to the next level.”

“Kiss Café is authentic,” Jaewon chimed in. “It’s real. No gimmicks. It’s been in our family for well over 40 years and everything we do here is from the core.”

The coffee brand is set to share the news of its first retail and experiential partners in the next few months, the press release discloses.

In the meantime, Kiss Café dropped its coffee product named Beijo, which is currently exclusively sold at KissCafeCoffee.com.
