If you’re up to date on what’s been trending on social media lately, it’s likely that you’ve heard Ice Spice’s “Munch (Feelin’ U).”

The rap newcomer’s breakout single first went viral in the summer and has continued to make its rounds online. Following the wave of “Munch (Feelin’ U),” the likes of Cardi B, Meek Mill, and more have further amplified it with their own spin.

Additionally, as of this writing, the track has over 22,000,000 streams on Spotify alone. And according to Ice Spice, the popularity has turned into her raking in real dollars in a short time span.

Following the release of her new single “Bikini Bottom,” Ice Spice had some words for listeners in the music video’s comment section.

“I got 2 milli for using a mic b!tch everyone reply your cash tags im giving away some money,” she wrote in a pinned comment.

Money From Booking Shows

In September 2022, a promoter claimed that Ice Spice switched up her booking price for shows after being in the limelight.

“As her status and song continue to grow daily her team has decided to pull her off numerous shows,” he said, according to HotNewHipHop. “They feel that she’s a much bigger artist than she was at the time she took some of her bookings. In 3 weeks her price has gon from 4k to 15k.”

Since the statement, the Bronx native addressed the matter as a false accusation.

Whether the claim is false or not, it looks like Ice Spice’s bookings have been feeding her pockets.

Based on recent numbers, Ice Spice may have another hit on her hands, thanks to social media.

According to TikTok Treats, “Munch (Feelin’ U)” has been used in over 520,000 videos. Now, her latest single “Bikini Bottom” is also rising on the social media giant.
