Remember Antoine Dodson from the popular “hide yo kids, hide yo wife” interview? Well, it looks like he’s pressing his foot on the gas and building on the viral moment.

Becoming A Viral Sensation

In case you’re unfamiliar, Dodson became an online sensation back in 2010. In his interview with WAFF, he shared how at the time there was an intruder roaming around his neighborhood in Huntsville, who attempted to assault his sister. His frustration on television went on to rack in millions of views on YouTube. The video was so popular that it even became a song, “The Bed Intruder Song.”

A New Upcoming Beer

Now, 12 years later, Dodson is releasing “Run N’ Tell That,” his own beer, which is inspired by his meme, according to We Got This Covered. The new venture is in collaboration with Straight To Ale — a brewery based in his hometown of Huntsville, AL.

TMZ reports that one of Dodson’s friends helped in setting up the partnership.

“This is huge,” Dodson wrote in a Twitter post. “I created the taste myself. Share this ish tho, imma be in all stores one day!!”

The American lager is set to be released on Sept. 24. Currently, a commercial featuring Dodson is in the works.

What Antoine Dodson Has Been Up To

According to AL, Dodson has had his hand in other endeavors to cash in on his likeness including a reality show, movie cameo, and an NFT earlier this year.

In a 2018 interview with BET’s Digital Originals, Dodson shared that he went from pursuing fame in Hollywood to working for Huntsville City Schools. He earned his commercial driver’s license and a license as a substitute teacher. Additionally, he spends time being a father.
