Whether you’re being overwhelmed by the news of the day or experiencing an unhealthy dose of the fear of missing out (FOMO), finding inspiration online can be like finding a needle in a haystack. However, Bless App is launching to provide users with the advice they need to get through their day.

Bless App is a semi-anonymous social platform that allows users to receive and give advice. The platform also encourages users to post testimonials about their struggles and accomplishments.

Bless App users can connect with other users, but they must engage with each other’s content before adding each other. Bless App Founder,

Laneisha Roberts, Founder BlessApp

said that she refrains from calling the connections “friends” because the word has routinely been misused in the realm of social media.

“One can have 5,000 Facebook friends, but yet when they’re at their
lowest point there is no one there,” Roberts said. “So we don’t refer to them as friends, they’re called connects because we’re about making organic connections.”

The Atlanta-based startup is set to launch this year and will be offered on iOS and Android.
