The NBA Draft is always an event for celebration, surprises and disappointments. During this year’s selections, history has seemingly been made.
On June 22, at the 2023 NBA Draft in Barclays Center, all of the top ten picks were represented by Black agents — marking the first time in the league — according to Diverse Representation.

Haney is an agent for Par-Lay Sports and Entertainment.
As AfroTech previously told you, Henderson signed a historic annual seven-figure, multi-year endorsement contract with Puma. Additionally, he previously made history when he became one of the youngest professional basketball players in the U.S. after signing to the NBA G League Ignite.
