This social media influencer turned her followers into customers!
Dawkins would take to her social media to give fans tips on vaginal health and recommend what products worked best for her. However, she never realized that she could turn it into a business until her followers encouraged her to do so.
“I would love to take credit for it, but I have to give my fans and followers all of the credit,” she said in an exclusive interview with AfroTech. “I was just being confident, fun, and crazy Starr telling them my coochie business all on Snapchat.”
Since she was always sharing tips and true knowledge in the vaginal health area, Dawkins’ followers encouraged her to make her own wash.
“They were like ‘you’re broke anyways,’ because everybody knew I was broke thanks to my blog where I was sharing my situation at the time and manifesting how I would get rich,” she continued.
It looks like that manifestation worked because to date, Dawkins’ Sweet Cookie Wash alone has reached over $1 million in sales.

The all-natural feminine hygiene product was launched in 2017 and Dawkins’ mission was to make women feel more confident about feminine hygiene.
“Most brands capitalize off of women’s vaginal issues and insecurities,” she said. “We work to normalize the topic surrounding vaginal health.”
For her, it’s also about educating the world on how to use God’s natural resources to promote a healthier lifestyle.
“The culture needed to be educated on all the natural remedies God put on this earth,” Dawkins expressed. “My grandma taught me so much and I made it my duty to educate my following and provide them with products such as V-steaming, herbs that remove period cramps, balance PH, fight odor, bacterial infection, cleanse the uterus, and rejuvenate the vagina by increasing moisture tightening and toning.”
