Tyra Banks is working on a new venture. According to ABC News, the supermodel and television personality plans to open an ice cream shop in Washington, DC, named Smize & Dream. Master P and Snoop Dogg believe Walmart And Post Foods are stifling the success of their cereal venture. In a press conference held on Feb. 6, it was revealed the rappers-turned-businessmen have filed a lawsuit as a result of their belief that the “industry giants” allegedly colluded to impact Broadus Foods’ Snoop Cereal’s visibility on store shelves, a press release mentions. Several alleged grievances were mentioned including a breach of the implied covenant of good faith dealing, breach of contract, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, collusion and conspiracy, and aiding and abetting an infringement, among others. During the conference, a video displayed interested customers looking to purchase Snoop Cereal in Walmart stores. This new partnership is working to address disparities for medical patients. Premier Inc. (NASDAQ: PINC) has awarded Strands of Faith, a clean haircare brand, with a contract to supply 4,400 hospitals across the U.S. with textured hair products, according to a press release. The partnership marks one of the first haircare companies in the new category “Ethnic, Scalp, and Skincare” to receive the contract. What’s more, the press release notes that Strands of Faith will now expand its distribution network and increase its visibility in the healthcare industry.
