USA Today reports that Michael Jordan and Mark Cuban were part of a $44 million investment round in the company that was led by Revolution Growth. The National Basketball Association (NBA) and the National Football League (NFL) also have equity in the company.

In November 2021, the company went public at $19/share with a reported $8 billion valuation.
